In my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. These sessions will help create healthy boundaries between each family member and bring understanding to each member's behaviors. Multisystemic Therapy (MST)
A multisystemic therapy (MST) treatment program is designed for young people who are struggling with substance use or behavioral impairments, such as mood or disruptive behavior. It is delivered in a home or community setting, and it is coordinated with the help of other relevant healthcare providers. MST services are significantly more intensive and individualized than those provided by mental health facilities. They are designed to help young people avoid criminal activity and maintain stable living conditions in multiple settings. Through the program, caregivers can improve their skills to manage their kids' problematic behavior.
